Why do you need it?

AsyncEnt has been created to make enterprises more agile, bring back flow, and self-tune.  It is needed because life changes, and so customer’s needs adapt, and the enterprise ends up chasing it’s tail trying to keep up.  That is when, typically, non-optimal solutions are chosen.  This is because the largest area of the enterprise that hasn’t yet been optimised is the translation of Operational needs into a technical solution.  The 

 

How it works

It works by first analysing at a high level how the business is currently performing, through a set of facilitation workshops, with stakeholders and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) we quickly drill into the points of most likely waste or hidden value.  After ranking and choosing one we then create the smallest possible project to prove it can be achieved and adds value.
