Tom has spent nearly 3 decades learning the strengths and weaknesses of technical solutions, and how to explain them clearly to leaders so they can exploit the hidden nuggets buried deep in each company, as well as avoiding the common pitfalls - that many businesses keep making.
He’s worked in the telecoms, utilities, insurance and the government sector in small to large enterprises, architecting smarter solutions that are simpler, more agile and cheaper to implement.
Usually upcycling the existing legacy system with modular upgrades that deliver cutting edge customer value, along with tried and tested legacy efficiency.
